Herkimer Gardens
A mixed-use residential development.
Concept: Strengthen the neighborhood fabric with a contemporary brick façade and efficient apartment layouts, the project balances street presence with interior livability and integrates a shared roof garden as an urban amenity. Facade material choices are a representation of Brooklyn's history.

MAS Staten Island
A community center development.
Concept: The prayer hall is Inspired by the elemental form of the Ka’ba. A lifted corner toward the Qibla brings natural light, guiding worshippers physically and spiritually. The design presents a solid, secure exterior while the interior unfolds as a flexible plan where every corner is active and multipurpose.

Kingsboro Vernacula
Mixed-use development.
Concept: An open, friendly site plan designed to revitalize the neighborhood with a balance of affordable housing, supportive housing, retail, and community facilities.
Scope of Work: façade design and window layout study, exterior renderings, and Building 02 schematic design for the RFP package. Collaborated on the site master plan to ensure consistency with the overall design vision.

Generative Dichotomy
A cultural and community hub.
Concept: Inspired by the endangered traditions of Cairo’s mashrabiya craft, the project envisions a new cultural hub that preserves local workshops while creating spaces for education, training, and exhibition. The design reinterprets heritage as a foundation for future generations.

Villa Corner – El-Sahel
A private residential villa on Egypt’s North Coast.
Concept: A modern coastal retreat designed to maximize sea views and natural light, while drawing inspiration from Cairo’s old Islamic architecture — reinterpreting arches, patterns, and courtyards into a contemporary villa setting.

MOT Twisted Tower
Government Tower
Concept: The design is composed of five stacked, twisting cubes that rotate gradually as they rise, optimizing solar orientation, framing views toward the city center and the Caspian Sea, and integrating green roof terraces and outdoor spaces between volumes.
Scope of Work: Development of the BIM structural package.
