Our history
Urban Wise was founded by Gamal Osman, an award-winning architect and entrepreneur with experience across both private and federal sectors. Guided by the belief that cities should be shaped with purpose and empathy, Gamal envisioned Urban Wise as more than a design studio—a platform where innovation, research, and practice come together to deliver lasting impact.
From the outset, Urban Wise has been rooted in the principle that every project, whether a home, a public space, or an entire community, should balance form, function, and feeling. We build with data, design with intent, and strive to create spaces that leave a positive imprint on people’s lives and the environment they inhabit.
Today, Urban Wise works across scales, from residential renovations to large-scale urban development concepts, uniting teams, partners, and clients who share the same vision: to shape spaces that meet today’s needs while anticipating tomorrow’s challenges.
